FNB Loan department

My FNB loan is paid up to date and was suppose to expire April 2017 but due to FNB offering the January pay skip to their clients my loan carried over the expire date. In stead of FNB thinking further when offering this service and realising the loan end date should actually be amended they just leave it out and for the last two months their collections department keeps on calling me telling me my loan account is in arrears. When I explain to them that a loan supervisor actually confirmed last month that I am NOT in arrears it is just the system picking it up as arrears due to the overlaps of expiring date of loan end date, the consultant dont believe or understand this and say they will have to look at the account since the day of opening the loan account. For starters it would be nice for FNB to FIRST do ALL their homework when calling someone at 8:00am in order to solve problems immediately in stead of the client calling back on stay on the line for 30min plus as usual wasting more of the client's time and money. FNB claims to be the best bank in SA when it comes to technology but no EXECUTIVE could get it right to think about amending the end date of a loan. Next step I suppose I must spend MORE money doing a credit report to confirm FNB did not list me as a bad client when in fact I am paid up and did not skip any payment ACCEPT for the one month a year THEY acyually offer their clients. Or unless that is their tactict to trick the client and get people to pay interest on "overdue" accounts. Thanks FNB. No wonder more friends and family is going to Capitec or other banks.
