FNB LOAN DEDUCTION

After my wife asked for the grace period of three months due covidFNB Loans department decided to take off triple instalments for my wife loan account on 25 September. we are still waiting for them to credit her cheque account by R3000.00. She could not pay her debt orders and FNB been dragging there legs. FNB promised by the latest today 7 days theY would have credited her cheque still nothing. Is this not theft and why are they not going to pay interest to my wife even though she had to pay charges for non debit orders. This is pathetic service from this BANK and would like to name and shame them. Had enough of there **** service. PAY BACK THE MONEY. Apparently this was not the only incident. I belong to ABSAS and they provided me with the same service and no other deductions were taken off my account.
