FNB Loan collections sucks
This bank is hellbent on torturing and tormenting its own customers to the brink of madness. Worse we as customers don't have anywhere we can raise this ********** service from con bank like FNB. The bank ombudsman is as useless as this nonsense banks. how can be held ransom for 45 days when you already paid up? is that not human rights abuse? be held against your will?

24 Mar 2021, 19:40i regret the day i walked tru the doors of this bank called fnb. firstly i was on debt review in the past years and paid them off 4 years ago i.e. 2018, i have statements from my debt review company to prove it was paid up. when i requested my paid up letter i was shocked to be told that i owe R7000+ of which the consultant said i've bin discount to pay only R2100. I paid up that amount just to get off their system en be cleared. the consultant by the name of sanele mavuso said i must send him proof of payment and he will send the proof of payment to admin dept. to update the account and close it and send me the paid up within 5 working days. when i called later to find out the letter, only to be told by stupid, useless, *********** consultant that they will only send the paid up letter after 45 days. nonsense *******. i want out of fnb and get my paid up letter and be cleared - move away 4rm this toxic people.
