Fnb loan collections department. Horrible customer service.
The fnb loan collections team sucks. They can't assist with a simple payment arrangement. I tried to call and they all end the call. All of the people in that department are purposefully not picking up my calls now. I wasnt even rude to any of them so I don't understand where this attitude comes from.

30 Jan 2026, 16:51Hi, I received a call from an individual named Laurelene, from your complaints department a few minutes ago. She spoke clearly, concisely and in a friendly manner. She helped resolve my issue and confirm other details pertaining to my loan.
I've never had a support issue with fnb until I started trying to contact the loans collections/payment arrangement part of the company. Everyone else aside from this department have been the friendliest bunch.
Honestly, fire everyone from that department and hire more people like Laurelene.
Anyways, issue has been resolved and thank you very much to all of you guys but NOT the loans collections people.
