Fnb loan claims

Call centre keep dir2cting call and if u speak to agent they are not assisting. Put in my retrecememt form for insurance to.pay my loan account. They approved it but they still debit my account debit order suppose to be 28. But the debited 23april. I keep phoning for.them to reverse the claim with no success i am very dissapointed in the service tried since thurday can someone in management get a holdnof me to sort this out pls
