FNB LOAN CALL CENTRE IS PATHETIC

Calling the FNB Loan call centre is almost impossible, I have been trying to change my debit order date with no luck when I am put through to the 'right' department my call is dropped. I can hear the consultant on the other line breathing but not talking to me. I am disgusted by your level of professionalism by your staff.
