FNB LOAN CALL CENTER SUCKS!!!!!

FNB loan call center is horrible i waiting on the line for 10 minutes without being assisted, i emailed Ndlovu, Gabisile (FNB) *** who was suppose to update my payments, that for some odd reason was not reflecting on their account, 11 days later i have not heard back from her or anyone from the branch. So i call them and NO ONE ANSWERS ! THEY HAVE LONG LONG HOLD TIMES. All i want to do is pay my account.
