FNB LOAN- BIILED INITIAN FEE AFTER LOAN WAS CXL

I app**** for a personal loan on the 24 Dec 2014 at FNB Woodstock branch.. This was to buy a truck from my brother...My brother was then in a huge accident and we were now unfortunately unable to go through with the deal..I therefore did no longer need the loan...I went into the bank on the 30 Dec early morning to reverse the application. I did not even get a sms that the funds were in yet.When i spoke to the consultant Meagan to cancel the loan, she advised me that the funds already had been released in my account on the 29 Dec, but would be no problem to be reversed...I asked her if i would be liable to pay the initiation or any other fee.. she said \no".. There is a cooling period of 5 days in which i had to cancel the loan"
