FNB loan account under my name at Expirian credit Bureau

HelloPeter I would like to commend FNB for service they have been offering me over years ; top top service. I just noticed a personal loan account that I am not aware of on credit bureax (Expirian) . It only appears on one bureau which is Expirian ; not in other bueax. Account was opened in 30/07/2018. I would like FNB to remove it as it is affecting my credit score ...the account shows upto date for over a year now but I never made a payment towards it
