FNB Loan Account

I paid up my FNB Loan Account last week Tuesday and requested the paid up letter sine last week Tuesday I Still have not received the letter.

The lady I'm dealing with by the name of Florina Mophethe from Ismail and Dayha Attorneys is ignoring the countless mails I sent to you , When I spoke to her on Monday she said FNB is the one that is not sending the letter

Very annoying and irritating to not receive even a single feedback
