FNB Loan

I did a loan Application Yesterday at FNB to pay for the fixing of my S******. I was unhappy with the Interest rate and so declined the offer. About 3hours later I decided to take the loan with the high interest and did a new application on the FNB app sins I didn't find any better options. The application on my FNB app was successful and I received a quote to confirm my loan. I waited until today 10:30 too see the money in my account. The money did not show in my account and also the loan didn't appear on my online profile. I called to find out what was going on. They told me that there is no new loan application on there side I will only be able to make a new application in 24hours time. This will mean that I made a loan at a time that it should not be possible on the app. FNB continued to argue with me that there was no loan made and I needed to proof to them that I made a loan from them. I see this as unacceptable.

How can I be possible to make a loan in a time that it should be impossible according to the procedures of FNB and on top of that how is it that the Application does not show on there systems?
