FNB Loan

A few years ago I took a loan from FNB and have never had a problem paying my monthly instalments. Last year September, my contract with my employer was terminated. I then contacted FNB via email to inform them of the matter because I have been paying insurance incase such happened. I was then asked to send through some documents as proof of the matter and so I did. To my surprise, FNB rep**** saying that i do not qualify and that I still need to pay the instalments. I'm still not employed and for the 1st time in 6 months I was not able to pay. This morning, I woke up to an SMS saying that i have been charged a penalty for non-payment.

I can no longer pay the instalments, FNB made me pay insurance for nothing.

3 years later, FNB has ruined my credit score and has sent a collections company to harass me.
