Fnb loan

I have loan that was approved since week last week wednesday ...so they say i have more than one profile under my name and the loan will not payout as i must update my profile at the branch...on friday i go fnb branch at bloedmall pretoria they say they are unble to romove other profile under my name which it was my business account that im no longer using it for longtime.. On saturday again i went to fnb branch at soshanguve plaza and they also said they are unble to update or delate other profile and the branch even call fnb call centre they communicate about it.what should i do to get my loan as i cant get help both at branch and call centre???? This is really poor service.
