FNB loading incorrect information on my profile which is resulting in my credit profile being impacted

I went to FNB Leansia branch who informed me that my profile shows that I am under debt review. I contacted the NCR who confirmed that the debt review was removed in 2011 and FNB should ocntact them. they also wanted to know where did FNB get this information from and also said that they wanted evidence from FNB like a screen shot or letter stating that they have me on FNB.

FNB just loads information on my profile which is incorrect and i am highly upset about this. In addition they are making me run around. Please remove the debt review of my profile and send me confirmation that it has been removed. you can also contact the NCR and ask them.

This is affecting my credit profile and i want this sorted out immediately.
