FNB = Living nightmare

This has to be the worst experience with a bank that I have ever had to go through in my entire life. Unfortunately, I was forced to use FNB because it is the only way to get my PAYPAL funds out. 1 week later and I still CANNOT access the internet banking, App., OR Paypal. First I get told to trf R50 to activate this, which I do and the funds get depleted for multiple unknown debits (which i was not informed of). Then all of a sudden I now need to trf R300 in order to have my device verified. What ******* is this. All I want is to access my PAYPAL funds and be done and rid of this **** of a bank. What a living nightmare this has made my week.
