FNB !!! Live up to your promises of how can I help you!!!!

I have had the most disgusting experience possible with FNB Enterprise Banking. My online banking profile has been inactive and it’s been a week now. I have spent hours on the phone and spent days in the branches! Still, no help!!! As a business owner that has to use my bank Acc, make payments and pay staff, having a blocked or inactive profile is a bad nightmare. And no one seems to know what the hell is going on!!! Or they are too unbothered to assist…..FNB please sort out my account so I can pay my staff!!! I’m being held ransom by my bank???!!!
