FNB Listing me as a *********

Good day FNB.

Recently app**** for credit with JDG Group-HiFi Corp, submitted my documentation of whic one of them was my FNB banking statements for my active and closed account where my other salary was deposited. (2 salaries deposited to a closed savings account, 1 deposited to an active Premium account)

Am not sure what happened but the service provider called FNB ***** department to confirm my banking details and FNB advised that my statements are **********. I can only presume the service provider could not understand why am submitting different account numbers.

I called FNB ***** department none can trace any ********** activity listed in my name. Sadly so HiFi corp has listed me as a ********* on the credit bureau and its affecting my credit profile.

Can this be sorted as a matter of urgency i need this removed with the bureau, also can FNB obtain the bank statements i submitted from Hifi Corp and confirm once again with them if they are ********** or not.
