FNB listens and resolves

After having to go through this channel, FNB Connect finally found a work a round to allocate my minutes for a missed debit order. I am appreciative of the timeouts feedback, but am still slightly disappointed that we had to go this far to get help. I sincerely hope we never reach his point again. Thank you for helping FNB.
