FNB-linked Credit enquiries

I am generally happy with FNB's service. However, my latest Clear Score report shows for the first time, a credit enquiry on 30/4/22 by BNG EDG Multi Product. What is this enquiry and why is it on my credit profile? I'd appreciate hearing from FNB.
