Fnb lines call centre are trash

I have been involved in a smash n grab on the 16 Dec 2021 my fone was taken and ever since I have been calling fnb ***** line so that I can change my cell number so that all otp come to the new number but each time you hold on for more than two hours even if you go into the bank they. Make you call the same number I need to set up my app and unfortunately I cannot get into on line banking cause it says my password is wrong I have tried at ATMs the works I'm really. Tired now
