FNB ***** LINE IS USELESS

I have been ****med with my debit card , with an ******** transaction and I tried to report the incident almost immediately. However FNB ***** line is useless. I was put on hold for an hour with no help. I then tried the secured chat and I was told that ***** chat does not operate on the weekend. The lady called me only to transfer me to the same line where I waited another hour. Why do they have these lovely things if they are completely useless!!!!!
