FNB likes to not listen to request, goes on own tangent.

To sum up the story, I asked for a credit rate interest review. It was declined due to unknown reasons. According to me I pay on time, never overdue, I have all my accounts with them. A general good customer. A loyal customer.

I accepted the fact but wanted to know why. This is so that I can either improve my position, defend it if need be or just plain know because it's important for me to know why I was not deemed good enough for a lower interest rate.

So I asked why and guess what response I get. Treated like an impetulant child I supposedly am, sorry sir, we regret to inform you that your request for an interest rate has been declined.

I am sorry, what?? Again no reasons?? Am I not grown up enough to understand why the bank deems me not worthy for a lowered interest rate??

So here I am, logging this to try and get my answers. I am not a fan anymore. My loyalty is swaying fast.
