FNB LIKE ANC

On Friday the 11th afternoon I found out that a temporary loan I had with FNB in 2024 September is active and not closed, I went to the bank on the same day but was referred to secure chat on their app, I went home and made the call at 15:45 and was told it will take 4 working days, the challenge is I need that letter urgently and I have tried to communicate with FNB on the secure chat but all I get is that turnaround time process and procedure. My take is if procedure was followed I would not need a paid up letter period. If someone makes an error they take action to remedy the action but in this case FNB has failed. and this error is impacting me badly and costly.
