FNB Lifestyle Home Affairs bookings availability

I have tried to make a booking at the home affairs desk urgently, but it seems the website automatically blocks bookings for 3 weeks, so the earliest available booking is always 3 weeks from any given day. I was even at the FNB lifestyle branch in centurion in person to inquire, and there was NO QUEUE and yet I was told I need to make a booking. Why is it that FNB has no bookings available for 3 weeks when Standard Bank has bookings available immediately? It seems FNB has some kind of rule to block out available times and only make the earliest booking in 3 weeks! Shockingly poor service from FNB
