Fnb Life your service is pathetic

Due to being retreched i submitted claims on my two Fnb loans in August, which are covered by CPP policies. I received 2 text messages saying that my claims were approved.

When i tried to follow up on my claims i was diverted to a phone messaging system because of a phone system issue on Fnb's side. Now, ten days later i am still waiting on Fnb Life to react to my query.

This standard of service delivery is unacceptable from Fnb.
