FNB Life... What a joke
FNB Life guarantees us payout on our funeral policy with 48hrs... And on these basis we sign contracts and agreements. We pay our policies on time every month.
And now.... My mom past away on 22 May 2019 and her policy claim form with supporting documents were sent to FNB Life claims department on 24 May. All the funeral arrangements were made and had to be paid in full buy 27 May.
My mom was buried on 28 May AND TO DATE NO PAYOUT!!! THE CALL CENTRE IS USELESS AS HELL. THEY HAVE NO OFFICIAL OFFICE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES. ITS A DAMN JOKE!!!
