FNB life!!! USELESS!

What is wrong with FNB life? This is the second month where FNB deducts my life insurance double!! Why why why? Last month you did it aswell and after alot of emails you said you will refund me. I still dont know if the money was refunded back into my account? And now you deducted it twice AGAIN??? Why do we always have to complain on hellopeter to get any kind of assistance? Ive had issues with my life insurance policy since it started!!! I want the monies to be refunded in my account-and not 7 to 14 working days, i want it in this week!!!
