FNB Life Useless

The FNB Life Department and Staff are completely Clueless. Not only can they not answer queries on contracts that they send client but the staff are arrogant and enjoy talking down to clients, accusing them of being stupid. A simply query on the terms and cover of my Overdraft Insurance has become nothing short of a nightmare. I've sent through 3 complaints without any feedback whatsoever. I've also found out that I've been paying for overdraft cover for nothing as the Maximum amount I'm covered for is R0.00. Meaning I've been paying premiums for non-existent insurance cover. Apparently the Premium has gone into someone's back pocket as I clearly according to the contract sent to me am covered for nothing. I honestly think its time to change banks and go somewhere else where the staff has a clue
