FNB Life Unpleasant

FNB can be great, but also unpleasant when you have people not doing what they supposed to do. I have just cancel my life cover after more than 10 emails sent and numerous calls to the *** call center. I spent money to call hoping the issue will be resolved. But fnb life has been just unprofessional.

I have a question how long does it take to add a cession on a life policy? It has been a month and I'm still waiting for the ceding of the policy.

I think this time I am moving banks.
