FNB Life ******** deductions

I've recently noticed a debit order on my account for FNB Life and queried it with them. To date, I have not received any response from them despite following up and I ultimately had to refer the issue to the FAIS Ombud for assistance.

I remember receiving a call from a very persistent sales agent and I maintained that I did not want the cover they are offering.

Please be very careful with their sales agents... it looks like they are just hunting for sales commission. Seriously considering my banking relationship with them as well.
