FNB Life- Unauthorised debit order, So disappointed!!!

I love FNB but I didn't know that they also allow unauthorised debit orders. I need this fixed because I really don't expect this from you. About 3 months ago, I've been getting phone calls from FNB consultants telling me that I qualify for FNB Life of about 10 million. I spoke to 3 different consultants and I told all 3 of them that I'm not interested. They asked my reasons and tried to convince me to take it, I insisted that I'm not interested. The last consultant, I think it was about 2 months ago, he called and I told him that I'm at work and I've been called before, and I'm not interested. This morning I wake up to a debit order notification, FNB Life took R153.70 when I specifically said in a recorded telephone line that Ian Not interested. I didn't even sign for this! Please sort it out. If this is how your agents are going treat us, when we blatantly tell them that we don't want a product and they do it behind your back, then I will my account elsewhere. I'm not happy. Please stop this debit order!!
