FNB LIFE terrible support centre with agents that should not be in service at all.

This review is only related to FNB LIFE (Insurance) FNB Life support is non existing. I have been trying since Friday for someone to assist me, first agent could not find my policy I have been paying for 18 years , I emailed it, still nothing. I emailed them again monday night on *** and received the reference ***. I called just now and the agent has kept me on hold for well over 30 minutes saying she is looking for the policy. I have worked for FNB for 6 years and I am your customer for alomst 30 years, worst service I have ever received. I STILL do not have a competent person to speak to and ask them about my policy FNB plan number 757996 starting date 01 February 2005. At the time of me writing this complaint I am still on hold [45min] with the agent that is probably hoping and praying that I put the phone down and she will try and tell you the call dropped. A LIE.........just a terrible support centre and agent. I will try and get hold of my private banker now. but I am afraid I am still on hold
