FNB LIFE - TERRIBLE SERVICE
I have had a Cr Life Policy with FNB for 6 years, and lodged a claim during Covid - After first denying the claim, they have now reviewed the claim, and I needed to re-submit. This I did in January - I have had numerous calls from different consultants, and I am forever instructed to re-submit again, or that the claim has been forwarded to management - FNB LIFE is a joke- They should focus on their core business, as their Insurance division is absolutely appalling!!!

I spoke to one of your friendly consultants, Lindiwe this morning, and she informed me that the claim is with management , and someone will get back to me as soon as the claim has been resolved.
