FNB Life, Terrible!

I Have been paying a premium on my credit card and overdraft for over 5 years which should cover me in the event I become unemployed or loose my income. Now that I actually have a valid claim on top of all the stress around the Pandemic FNB are not there when I need them most. I am very disappointed with the way my claim is being handled and the lack of communication from FNB's side. it is impossible to get hold of anyone and there excuse is that they have a backlog of claims to process but they have no problem debiting my accounts and the premiums and were very quick to offer me a loan to "assist" me charged with interest. Its really pathetic!
