Fnb life retrenchment policy poor or rather no feedback

I was retrenched on the 4 Aug 2020. I have no income or work. I submitted my claims Smart loan , Covid relief fund and credit card, to Fnb life . As the told me after weeks of attemps to get hold of them that I have got retrenchment cover , loss of income policies on all three mentioned above. They send me me a email declining my request, cause there is still money cominng into my account. My employer did not pay us for June or July 2020 and when I complained he let me go ,and Ccma ruled in arbitration that he must give me a retrenchment letter and pay my outstanding amounts. Só yes monies from the company wil still come in bit by bit up to January 2021. . This is monies due for my leave and may , june and july he has not pay. It has been 2 weeks now . I am worried sick . My debitorders start going off from 28 nov R145 DEBITORDER RETURN FEE. I get no feedback . Are they going to block my account until the claims are through. I was at the Nothmead square branch.
