FNB Life Retrenchment claims

I'm so frustrated by FNB Life once again. For them to pay my 2 retrenchment claims for November 2019 I had to log a complaint on this platform since their call center was of no help. Once again my December 2019 retrenchment claims didn't get paid. I called the call center on the 31st December and I was promised that my query would be escalated but nothing from their side. I'm so tired of having to chase after FNB Life every month. This is really a tedious job for me. Why can't FNB Life just pay these claims as scheduled every month??? Why must I chase people to do their jobs??? This is really exhausting from FNB Life. I don't even want to bother calling their call center, they are always so clueless of what's going on. Can FNB Life please just please sort out my retrenchment claims for December 2019.
