FNB Life retrenchment claim process NON EXISTENT
FNB Life retrenchment claim. Month after month I have to battle to get a debit order reversed, this after my retrenchment claim was approved. According to the helpdesk, FNB life cannot stop the debit order and it's my responsibility to get the debit order reversed. I cannot accept that FNB is so insensitive, adding to the unemployment stress by debiting my account. I have been battling since 24 September to get assistance.
