FNB Life Retrenchment Claim
I was so surprised to be told that a retrenchment claim that I submitted last month is rejected due to me claiming 4 years back from being retrenched by a different company. After being re-employed in 2015 I continued paying the same premium for debt protection yet future retrenchments where not covered. This simply does not make sense, why did I continue paying for insurance that would not cover me completely. Now they reject my claim yet still want to continue deducting from my account. I want this useless covered cancelled
