FNB Life Poor service

I tried to get FNB Life to do a double debt on the 1st of September on policy NL*** but they never did and now I am getting no feedback from Call center agents on any of my various calls. I asked for policy document to be emailed to me and two recordings of conversation I had with agents on the 29th of Aug and the 8th of Sept . The last agent promised to get back to me after speaking to his manager
