FNB LIFE POLICY NOT LOADED ON MY PORTFOLIO.

I trust my mail finds you are well... My Homeloan is covered with a mortgage protection policy with FNB, there were lingering issues regarding the delay in my claim, which was caused my policy not being loaded on my portfolio, this has been a constant problem since inception of the policy and during the claiming process, I cannot be held liable of uploading & registration of policies, several consultants confirmed and apologized for this ***********s, which has delayed my payout for over a year and has landed my account in arrears, I honestly feel it is not fair to me, to have experienced such an ordeal of financial and emotional strain, I have just spoken a consultant whom has made me feel FNB life and Home Loan are not inclined.
