FNB LIFE POLICY

I have assisted my father to open a funeral policy at FNB everything was done on the day, terms and conditions was read and they told his 1st payment will go of on August 1 2022 it never did. For 2 days now I am spending hours and hours sorting this out and everyone I speak to is giving me another story and you are being transferred from one department to another. The last advise that is now they gave my father is gi to your bank and sort out your debit order. I should have never gone to this bank in the first place becsuse the service is pathetic from the start.
