FNB life policy

I have an FNB life policy which I’ve claimed from since I’ve been retrenched. The past 2 months I have not received any payment on my cheque account and this morning I see that a debit order went off for my personal loan which is also supposed to be covered by the loan. According to the documents I received when I took out the policy I’m supposed to be covered for a year, I have 5 months left of that coverage! I asked about it on the 19th of August but only received 3 emails stating that my policy is in the que for assessment. Since the D/O went off It left other debit orders unpaid!!! Please get your act together FNB I don’t want to vent on social media platforms everytime some little thing goes wrong but it seems to be the only way to get some sort of service out of you!

I did receive back payment and payment was made to my loan account for September, thank you.
I also received payment into my cheque account for October but a debit order for my loan also went of instead of a payment from my policy. Will you please look into this for me and cancel the debit order as this is resulting in some of my other debt not being paid!
