FNB Life Policy, Cancelled in error by FNB and still not fixed.

I am devastated how a colleague at FNB Life has cancelled my life policy in error last week. I have it on voice recording and in writing that my policy should stay the same and that I am not increasing it. I then got emails and sms's to say my life policy has been cancelled. I have send countless emails and made countless phone calls to FNB life to have this rectified. NOTHING has happened. I have even made a voice recording that should something happen to me, FNB are liable to pay my life policy out to my family. I hope this complaint gets them to fix this. It is terrifying to know that FNB can make such an error, this is a life that they are playing with. My premiums have been paid, yet nothing has been fixed. I am very concerned. Life happens.....still no help!
