FNB life Policy cancellation

Hi

I went to a branch in Oct towards the end of it for something, then I was coerced me into taking the FNB life cover. I said no but the consultant still pounded me to take it until I did because I was in a rush, when the first installment went through I realised that I can't afford this monthly fee so I called to cancel and wait for well over 10 mins to cancel until I left my email and number as the voice prompt said they will get in touch with me as the consultants are too busy. I was gonna call later in the month as I was still waiting for them getting back to me but today I wake up to a notification of another debt for December, why so early? I only authorised end of the month! Any ways I want to cancel my policy Fi*** as soon as possible and stop forcing us onto these policies as yall make way too much profits on the banking sector for yall to be these greedy capitalist on policies too.

CANCEL MY POLICY ASAP!!!!!
