FNB LIFE POLICY ARE VULTURES!!!

FNB LIFE POLICY: They are inhuman! I have paused my policy for 3 months. The policy came back on September 15th. I called them before 10 am to cancel the policy. I also received an sms saying the policy has been cancelled. The next day, the 16th, they debited. Imagine I told them my situation; they know everything, but still, they refuse to refund the money they debited. By canceling my policy, I lost money, and the policy gained, but still, they have no shame to debit after cancellation, taking the last penny I had in my account. FNB life policy. You are VULTURES!!!
