Fnb life policy

I had a fnb life policy. Fnb deducted double money from my account. I didn't gave them any permission to deducted the money. When i went to cancelled the debit order they gave me a long story. And now they don't want to reverse my money back to my account. Please help me. I'm an old client with fnb bank all my years with fnb.
