FNB life Policy

when I first accept the funeral policy with FNB I told the consultant to start the debit order on the 25 August 2019, now they debited my account on the 1st of August ,and it bounced and FNB charged a fee for bouncing debit order, i have send them all the bank statement an everything required even today they haven't call me,this thing of charging fee for bouncing debit orders were else the mistake is on their side, is not fair ,i really want to cancel the feneral policy since when am not hearing anything from them (FNBlife )
