FNB life policy

I did receive back payment and payment was made to my loan account for September, thank you. I also received payment into my cheque account for October but a debit order for my loan also went of instead of a payment from my policy. Will you please look into this for me and cancel the debit order as this is resulting in some of my other debt not being paid!
