FNB LIFE PERSONAL LOANS SUCKS

You know I've been with FNB since i was a BOB Account Card holder. 1992.Never once was I in arrears.

I have a loan with them and been paying it for more than 3 years, but with unforseen circumstances I've been retrenched. Quick to give you a loan, but the after service sucks i don't know what to do anymore been calling them everyday.

I went to Parow Branch in Cape Town. Been for an hour on the phone finally got a hold of FNB life after been redirected to the wrong fnb departments.

Was told to submit my Retrenchments forms etc of which i did. Been Retrenched in May 2018. Haven't found a job yet or source of income.

Called them using my cellphone they will never call you back or follow up to say I've received your documents this is the next step or so nothing.

Spoke to Hendrick Sello from FNB Life and Mondray on Call. You email them to the email address they give you. Affidavit, Retrenchment letter, id document, everything they've requested sent.

Do you think they respond. I've had it. Will be my last with FNB after all these years of loyalty.
