Fnb Life Once Again Fails !

AGAIN ? Fnb you are quite pathetic. After complaining here LAST month about my husbands credit life insurance claim that paid out INTO THE WRONG ACCOUNT and waiting 12 days for Fnb Life to reverse the payment and pay it into his account , now we get transferred from one department to the next. When my husband phoned Fnb Life last week they stated that the payment would be made by the 30th of July , it is the 3rd of August and no one is giving him answers. He just now phoned AGAIN and was on the phone for 30 minutes being transferred THREE times just so the consultant can end the call in his ear !!!! This is ****ing pathetic, and its not my husbands private bankers job to keep him updated on thing from FNB LIFE , its not HER DEPARTMENT ! Please sort this **** out.
